Shipping & Returns

Can I pick up locally? - Yes we are open for local pick-ups 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Where do you ship? - We currently only ship to addresses within the Continental United States ( excluding APO - FPO - P.O. box addresses). For locations in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico , Hawaii , and Alaska please email us using the "Contact Us" page for quotes. Our primary shipper is UPS. For skids and larger packages please email us from "Contact Us" page for quotes and the freight service used.

What is my cost to ship? - All shipping is based on weight and destination of the package. To determine the shipping cost related to the items in your shopping cart, please select your preferred shipping method and you will see the appropriate rate.

When will my order ship? - Orders are processed daily between 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Any item listed as a special order will typically take a little longer to ship out.

What are my options for shipping? - We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver.

What do I do if I receive the wrong package? - Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will issue you a return label to send the product back to us. All products must be unused and in the original case it came in with no damages. We will resend the package out to you as soon as possible as long as we have the item in stock. Because of the high cost of expedited shipping we do not upgrade the shipping method from that chosen on the original order when the new items are sent out (unless the customer pays the difference). If the tape received is not the same width/length as that ordered please contact us.  Most tape is made in millimeters and not in true inches. Some computers have varying video cards and monitors therefore PacTape Inc. cannot be responsible for image quality or any discrepancies due to these variations.

Shipping Damages - If you have any packages damaged during transit they must be denied and reported to PacTape within 48 hours via email using the "Contact Us" page. You must also file a report immediately with the shipping company in order for us to initiate a claim. Any product returned not due to quality issues will have a 15% re-stocking fee applied to your credit card.  

Returns - For products ordered on this site we will provide the purchaser a refund or exchange as long as the merchandise is returned new and unused in the original packaging to PacTape Inc. within 15 days of the date of delivery. The merchandise should be returned freight prepaid (customers own expense) and the original shipping charge will not be returned unless incorrect merchandise was sent, if the merchandise was sent to the wrong location, or if the merchandise was damaged in transit.

Unsuccessful delivery attempts - The shipping carrier will charge us for the delivery attempt, so if you want the package resent the original shipping charge will be debited from your card again. If you no longer need the items the full merchandise subtotal minus the shipping charge will be credited back to your card.
